Frequently asked question

We offer free shipping for non-frozen items if your order totals over $99.
All non-frozen / ground shipping orders below $99 will be charged a flat shipping rate of $19.50
(Additional shipping charge applies to Hawaii or Alaska)

Our processing time is 2-7 business days and may change depending on the volume of
orders. If delivery is delayed, you will be notified by email or phone.
Items are not shipped on weekends (Sat, Sun) and holidays.

Express payment : Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Gay, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Meta Pay

- You can apply for an exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving the item for unopened items that are in its original condition.


- Handling fee of 30% will be charged for non-defective or non-damaged items.


- Please email halee@eatthecompany.com or call to 818-689-9775 to request a replacement or refund.


- Frozen/refrigerated shipments are not eligible for exchange or refund unless the product is defective

Order cancellations can only be made before shipment. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will have to send it back before receiving a refund. 

Please call 818-689-9775 Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm (Pacific Time) and
we will assist you with your order. You will need to tell us the product you wish to order,
delivery address, contact information and credit card information.
